Return Policy Overview

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Free return shipping is provided. A 2% restocking fee applies to all eligible returns. Final sale items from select collections are not returnable, as outlined below.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original condition—unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required. To begin the return process, email us at storemanager@kellysmarkets.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send a prepaid return label and return instructions. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages or Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can resolve the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on perishable goods such as food, flowers, or plants; custom products such as special orders or personalized items; personal care goods such as beauty products; or hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Gift cards are also non-returnable. Additionally, items from the following collections are considered final sale and cannot be returned: Bakery, Beverages, Condiments & Toppings, Dairy and Eggs, Deli, Honey & Spreads, International Foods, Meat and Seafood, Pantry and Dry Goods, Pet Care, and Produce. If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before sending it in.

Exchanges

For faster service, we recommend returning the original item (if eligible) and placing a new order after the return is accepted.

EU Customers

Orders shipped into the European Union may be returned within 14 days for any reason. Items must be unused, with tags, in the original packaging, and include proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at storemanager@kellysmarkets.com.
