When you place an order, you agree to provide valid payment information. We may use third-party payment processors to handle transactions securely. Kelly’s Food Markets does not store full payment card details.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for reasons including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability. If your order is canceled after payment, you will receive a full refund.

Availability Notice:

Some products are supplied through our third-party marketplace partners and ships directly from their facilities. Packaging may vary. Availability is subject to change, and in the event this item becomes out of stock, you are eligible for either a full refund or instant store credit.

Note: If not specified within 5 business days of notification, our system will default to store credit.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We strive to fulfill and deliver orders promptly. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location, weather, and other factors beyond our control.

You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address. Kelly’s is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

Delivery notifications are sent automatically and are considered part of your order experience.

5. Returns and Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our Return Policy available on our website for full details.

Generally, perishable and opened food items cannot be returned for safety reasons. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@kellysmarkets.com and we will assist in issuing a replacement or refund as applicable.

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice.
Promotions, discounts, or special offers are subject to individual terms and may expire or be modified at any time.

7. Account and Loyalty Program

If you create an account or join our rewards program (“My Kelly’s”), you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activities that occur under your account.

By joining the rewards program, you agree that:

  • Membership benefits and point values may change at any time.

  • Your contact information may be used for account-related communications and optional marketing (with your consent).

8. Marketing and Communications

Customers may opt in to receive promotional emails or SMS/text messages. These are optional and can be unsubscribed from at any time.
Order confirmations, receipts, and delivery notifications are transactional communications and are automatically sent as part of order processing.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
