Shipping
We ship to the continental USA and use UPS and USPS for domestic packages.
Store to Home purchases are handled through our in-store point-of-sale, and shipping for those items may vary based on local carriers.

Processing Time: Most orders are processed within 5-10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Tracking Information: A shipping confirmation with tracking will be emailed when your order ships.

Incorrect Address: Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. Kelly’s Markets is not responsible for delayed or undeliverable shipments caused by incorrect addresses.

Weight-Based Rates: Shipping rates are weight-based. Item weights are shown on product detail pages and rounded up to the next full pound per carrier rules.
Returns & Exchanges
Customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of our products, certain restrictions apply.
Exchanges
We will gladly offer an exchange or replacement only in the following cases:

You received the wrong item compared to what was ordered.

Your order arrived damaged in transit.

An item was missing from your order.

A product arrived expired or spoiled.
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@kellysmarkets.com with your order number, photos (if applicable), and details of the issue. Our team will arrange a replacement or exchange.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Refunds
Kelly’s Markets does not issue refunds on opened or perishable items. In approved exchange cases, shipping will vary based on product availbility, after we receive and verify the returned product, plus standard banking time for funds to post.
